How to place order with Freestone Model Accessories

This will gradually become available across most product ranges. If you can see an on-line shop page for what you want, please use it. A separate on-line shop page exists for each range – some ranges are so large that multiple on-line shop pages are used to make it a little easier to find things. Once you have selected the range by name, the on-line shop, if it exists, will appear as a sub-menu option in the list on the left of the screen.

Please note: For some ranges from other manufacturers, we do not carry sufficient stocks to guarantee immediate supply, and therefore we do not offer on-line shopping options for these ranges – please e-mail your requirements and we will advise stock availability, delivery and payment options.

If you are not confident with using on-line ordering, or you think our sums may be wrong, you want to use a different payment method, or you wish to explore alternative means of carriage, please contact us by one of the following means – it costs no more to order directly, and we can assist you with items that are not normally available on-line:

Payments

Payment must be received with all orders, prior to dispatch, except in exceptional circumstances and by prior arrangement. We reserve the right to wait until cheques etc. have cleared our bank account before dispatching goods. 

Sterling Cheques / Postal Orders / Bankers Draft: Made payable to Freestone Model Accessories

Cards: Most major Credit / Debit cards are accepted – but NOT American Express or Diners Club. We need the full card account number (16 digits), expiry date (and start date / issue number if appropriate for Switch/Maestro cards), and the 3 digit security number from the signature strip on the back of the card. For UK card accounts, please make sure the card account address details are also supplied, even if goods are to be sent to a different address.

PayPal: Simply supply the e-mail address that identifies your PayPal account, and we will issue an invoice. This must be confirmed paid before goods are dispatched. Paypal payment method is selected automatically for all on-line orders. Paypal offers non-account holders the option, at the time of paying, to select payment by credit / debit cards. This is handled entirely by Paypal, and card details for these transactions are never relayed to Freestone Model Accessories

Cash: It is not recommended that cash is sent by post, and we cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage in transit. If cash payments are made they should be in Sterling. Other currencies may be accepted and exchanged at high-street rates, but an additional charge my be levied for this service.

Carriage Charges 

– Standard postage & packing charge £3.00, regardless of order size

– European (ex. UK) handling £3.00 (in addition to the standard £3.00).

– Rest of World handling £5.00 (in addition to the £3.00)

Export orders (outside Europe) are charged inclusive of VAT, and the VAT we can reclaim is used to offset the high cost of international postage
